Product Assistant

Together with the CEO of Nutchel,you define and create the Nutchel experience for the new domains to open.

Your missions:

  • Be the product person for the creation of the new domains, handling each step of the customer journey
  • Bring from idea to execution each new idea enriching the Nutchel experience (leisure, accommodation, food, DIY etc) inc. competition analysis & support them with economics
  • Document(via moodboards) and write the sourcing briefs for the purchase department
  • Work with the new site managers to deploy the Nutchel product on the opening domains in-depth: in the product sourcing but also in the creation and implementation of the on-site animations and visual merchandising elements

Your profile:

  • You have had at least 1 successful experience in product creation (incl. internships)
  • You are at the end of your studies in a business school with a major in marketing and/or product development
  • You have master the Office Suite and Canva
  • You are passionate about tourism and have a sincere interest in our brand

Social Media & Communication Manager

Your role is key: you generate leads through an inspiring and engaging approach to the Nutchel brand and ensure the successful deployment of our communication strategy.

Your missions:

  • Manage our social media and client community in line with our communication strategy, using best practices in social media and reactivation emailing campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads on all 4 core countries and emerging markets thanks to influencer marketing, brand collaborations…
  • Define,create and implement qualitive visual content based on the global marketing strategy, either by in-sourcing or handling third-party suppliers
  • Copywrite content for our different communication channels, and use it as an opportunity to implement the SEO strategy
  • Support the marketing team into the application of the Nutchel branding in all its forms

Your profile:

Sales Assistant

Your role is key! Showing your multitasking skills, you work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop our B2B segment and the upsell, and provide input to facilitate strategic business decision-making.

Your missions:

  • Define and deploy the B2B strategy in order to generate leads (through SEO, social media, distribution channels), sell MICE stays and ensure the overall success of the B2B product thanks to a close collaboration with the operational teams
  • Monitor market evolutions and trends (strategy, yield, competition, etc.) and make recommendations accordingly
  • Define and deploy the upsell strategy (bikes, events, products, etc.)

Your profile:

Customer Happiness officer

As part of the marketing & sales team, you are the first and last contact point of our guests. You play a key role in the success of the Nutchel experience!

 

Your missions

  • Secure a high-level satisfaction by being the contact person for customers via email and telephone
  • Work with hospitality teams to ensure a smooth client experience and a peaceful HQ-site daily collaboration
  • Manage complaints and refunds
  • Support the sales and upsell
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with team members and guests

Your profile

  • You have minimum of 2-years’ experience working in Customer Service
  • You have fluent oral and written skills in Dutch, French, and English. German is considered a plus

Junior legal officer

It's essential! You are the legal elf for the General Management of the Group, Team Leads, and Site Managers, guiding them through legal analysis in decision-making.

Your missions

  • Ensure legal prevention through analysis of existing contracts and those to be signed from partners of all kinds (goods and/or services providers, financial services, insurance, IT, construction contractors, townships and institutions, etc.)
  • Draft contracts issued by Nutchel, especially employment and commercial contracts
  • Prepare of case files in the event of litigation risk, including basic legislative and jurisprudential references
  • Be a legal support to decision-making for the leaders of different entities (Luxembourg, France, and Belgium)
  • Research and/or monitore legislation (on request) in European, Belgian, French, and/or Luxembourgish law in areas of law that regularly concern us: contract law, commercial law, social law, labor law, social security law, urban planning and environmental law, company law, administrative law, consumer protection, intellectual property, real estate law, European law, and private international law
  • Be a point of contact for specialized lawyers to whom you may turn, if necessary, for their expertise in one of the previously mentioned areas according to national and/or local law

Your profile

  • You hold a master's degree in law. An additional master's degree, specific training, or internship in one of the previously mentioned legal domains is a plus

Site Manager

You are responsible for the operational management of the domain (welcoming guests, cleaning of the cabins and shared spaces, maintenance), overseeing each team and the finances of the domain.

You lead the team which creates the best experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities

  • Management of the on-site team: creation of the schedules of each team, daily management, animation and recruitement of the teams
  • Management and monitoring of orders and supplier relations to ensure the smooth running of our services (food, hospitality....)
  • Budget management of the domain and monitoring of the main operational reports (invoice monitoring, customer satisfaction analysis, maintenance monitoring)

Your experience

  • You speak French, English and German. Dutch is a plus.
  • You have a previous experience in team management in a field-oriented sector (construction, agri-food, cleaning, hospitality...)
  • You are proficient in the Office Suite tools.
  • You have a high school degree or equivalent certification.

Our on-boarding process

  • The hiring process works in 3 steps:

- A video interview with our Human Resources Manager to understand your background and motivations

- A video interview with one of our other site managers

- An on-site interview with the operations director

  • The first integration phase (between 1 and 3 months) is fundamental, as the team will teach you our operational management processes, and for you to get a 360° understanding of the business and to demonstrate your versatility and autonomy. This includes:

- Welcoming customers

- Order rules

- Preparing food baskets, and managing our sustainable grocery store

- First-level maintenance/customer service operations (e.g. lighting a fire in a wood-burning stove, adjusting a hot tub, etc.)

  • The second integration phase will enable you to fully assume your responsibilities

Maintenance technician

Under the responsibility of the site manager, you act in coordination of other trades in the following missions.

 

Your missions

  • Ensure daily technical needs in the cabins and common areas
  • Ensure maintenance work for green spaces
  • Ensure the maintenance of installations for our hot tubs (filtration system, pumps, etc.), especially on check-in/out days of clients
  • Maintain and service wood-burning stoves
  • Maintain the pool and sauna facilities
  • Recommend maintenance programs and site works
  • Monitor the application of hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and rules
  • Define the human, material, and financial resources of a project, select suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and ensure the completion of a service

 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in maintenance or a vocational diploma
  • You have skills in electricity and plumbing
  • You are required to hold a B driving license; you know how to operate construction machinery
  • Being able to communicate with and respond to a client in English or Dutch is a plus

Receptionist

Your missions

  • Welcoming guests during check-in/out days as well as managing them during their stay
  • Providing guidance and information to the guests
  • Managing experiential services and participating in their preparation (food baskets, saunas , bicycles...)
  • Crisis-solving and of guest dissatisfaction by identifying and implementing on-site solutions
  • Handling the on-call telephone outside of opening hours (in turns with other teammates)

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry and in managing a sales center.
  • You are familiar with property management systems and hospitality techniques
  • Being proactive, having a sense of “urgency”, a problem-solving mindset, commercial acumen and interpersonal skills. These are all assets to succeed in this position, in addition to your strong interest in nature and eco-tourism .
  • In addition to English, you speak French or German. Dutch is a plus.
